next meeting?

On the Feb 11th meeting, why don't we figure out what we'd like to do. I know we've had some topics already. I've downloaded the new Halo 3 ODST trailer, and an in-game for Halo Wars. Bishop, I know you have something in mind, and another member is requesting the PS3. I have to agree, we haven't done squat for the PS3, and I think it's about time to before time runs out, don't u?

Doug should bring some games in.

What is there for the ps3 that we can do? We tried LBP and you pulled that down after like 10 mins. I was hoping to show some vids for Street Fighter 4, and have TvC up for play.

I have some games. I really haven't bought any new stuff, but I can show off like MGS4 for those people that like to see movies instead of games lol.

Why don't we just show vids for stuff across the board, and I'll set up tvc in the back for the few fighter fans?

Whens that new Total War game coming out? Maybe that could get showcased in the next month or so.

On a side note, i really enjoyed watching earle's COD5 videos.

If Killzone 2 were out....

If only, if only. It comes out the 27th so we could be able to do that at the march meeting. THe march meeting is like march 4th or something so its like a week after the game comes out so it will be good.

So yay or nay on my idea?

The videos are fine for me I guess, There really isnt anything coming out for any system that is worth showing by wednesday

FInd a way to keep ppls attention with the videos though.
I dont mean any harm by this, but when you started showing the videos last week for Dissidia and the other fighters, there was a noticeable drop in attentiveness (even earle resorted to texting )

Well I also only had like 3 mins and everyone was getting ready to leave.

Plus the only fighter that we'll have footage for is SF4 which is a HUGE release (Gamestop sold out of the tourney sticks which are 150 a pop, so there is a large amount of people who want this) Mad world is an adventure game, inFamous is a sandbox adventure. And TvC will be playable. So yeah

Don't forget the new date for the meeting is March 4th. The date was moved from Friday the 6th to the 4th to match the county 1/2 day.

I'm thinking Mad World, that's a huge release for the wii (which seems to be floundering...)

I figured we were still going to do Killzone 2. Earle also mentioned something to me about maybe getting L4D in there too. He has to clean up space on his HD on his laptop to fit it, let me know Earle if you get the laptop cleaned and I will send my info to you so we can showcase it I guess.

How much space is required, Doug?

It says that you need 7.5 GB of space to run the game. So we could put it onto your computer and then after the meeting you can take it off again and it wouldnt be a problem I guess

L4D is hella old though :/ and most of the club either owns it or has played it, and I'm willing to bet money on that.
