If only my camera can pick up the night sky... The moon is but a speck on mine

Ah, but John, this is on my lowest setting. This is about a 40-50 degree swath of the northern sky. All you have to do is keep it steady, and if you can set it to leave the shutter open about 30 seconds. Voila! No astronomy fancy stuff here, just plain camera gizmos that hardly anyone utilizes this way.
