More of a gamers topic, but any lover of things ancient would love this game. This is a mod for the old Rome Total War, which is very near release. I have version 1.5, which is fantastic and leaps ahead of the stock game. Version 2 goes even farther. Check it out.

I've just modded my Alexander today actually. I'll be reenacting those Lord of the Rings battles now ;]
